one-dish meal! Your class fee includes food

Southern Shrimp and Grits
Bring Southern classic down-home comfort
foods to your table. Learn to make cheesy
grits topped with bacon, Andouille sausage
and Cajun-spiced shrimp, served with a side
of tasty stir-fry collard greens. That's right—
no need to boil the collards for hours! Finish
with a quick but tasty peach cobbler and
wash it all down with a good ole glass of
Southern iced tea. A supply fee of $17 is
payable to the instructor in class. Bring a
