well-being and peace, along with deeper perception. Learn the
best way for you to meditate, integrate, balance, revitalize and
thrive. You will also be guided through two meditations: a daily
meditation and a chakra (energy center) meditation.

Discuss the benefits and the practice of meditation and
utilizing a mantra. A mantra is a word, phrase or sound that is
repeated during meditation to aid in concentration and provide
encouragement. With guidance from the instructor, identify your
needs and/or desires to create a personal mantra and meditation.

Could You Have Empathy?
Empathy is the ability to sense and feel the true emotions of
another person. Discover if you are an empath in the first session
and learn some tools you can use that will help you utilize this
gift as well as protect yourself from feeling too much. The second
session is experiential in nature, allowing ample opportunity to
