Essentrics®
Tone muscles, increase flexibility, decrease joint pain, and improve posture with this
dynamic, full-body strengthening and stretching exercise program. Developed by
former national Canadian ballerina, Miranda Esmonde-White, Essentrics® combines
the strengthening theories behind ballet which create long, lean, flexible muscles, and
the flowing movements of Tai Chi which create health and balance. Wear comfortable
clothing, bring an exercise mat, water and 1-2 medium sized hand towels to class.

Increase your flexibility while toning your muscles with the gentle, flowing movements of
this full body workout designed for seniors. Class includes standing and floor work, though
all movements, including those on the floor, may be modified so it is not necessary to be
on the floor. Wear comfortable clothing, bring an exercise mat, water and 1-2 medium size
