Essentrics™
Tone muscles, increase flexibility, decrease joint pain, and improve posture with this dynamic, full-body strengthening and stretching exercise program. Developed by former national Canadian ballerina, Miranda Esmonde-White, Essentrics™ combines the strengthening theories behind ballet which create long, lean, flexible muscles, and the flowing movements of Tai Chi which create health and balance. Wear comfortable clothing, bring an exercise mat, water and 1-2 medium sized hand towels to class. Essentrics™ is practiced bare-footed. Nordic Pole Walking
