“ It’ s a growing movement. The more we feel good in our bodies, we’ re more able to express ourselves and our creativity.”

Have you ever watched children play? They are the most embodied little creatures, because they let their feelings drive them. Yet, as a society, we diminish their ability to fully feel as adults by teaching them to push through their feelings. And According to Sarah Anne, pushing through generally means pushing down.
In her healing methods around our complex relationships with food, Sarah Anne believes the emotions we experience and the patterns that we received unconsciously from our parents are transferred right to our dining room tables. It is there that she helps us uncover our patterns so that we can become fully embodied, like the children we once were.
Working with Sarah Anne is not for the faint of heart, but it is for the women who want to get real about their own healing. Her coaching focuses on forgiveness, self-love, optimum diet and other modules that work on all areas of our lives that need attention in order to heal our relationship with food and our bodies.
