“ Quieting your mind leads to knowing what expression needs to happen next.”

What does feeling fully expressed have to do with eating healthy? Everything!
When we wanted to make sure that we tapped someone with a breadth of knowledge and experience of getting to a place of full self-expression, we jumped at the chance to speak to Sarah Anne about the therapeutic and meditative methods she uses to get to the bottom of her clients’ subconscious patterns that stop them from feeling fully expressed in their bodies.
In her Holistically Slim movement, Sarah Anne’ s main message is that through expansion and spirituality, we’ re suppose to feel varying emotion in our lives in order to grow. When we feel guilty, sad or shameful about our negative feelings, we only further suppress ourselves.
“ There are no right or wrong emotion and a lot of the time we don’ t even have the ability to understand them or use the right words to describe them.”
For her, tapping into our emotions and understanding them on a deeper level helps her clients to express themselves much more deeply and honestly.
She asks questions such as“ How do I physically feel in my body? What parts of my body don’ t feel great? How did I feel before, during, and after that meal?” When doing so, she helps women see which parts of their bodies are blocked so they can begin to heal from the inside out.
