This 60-minute class introduces MELT Total
Body and allows you to experience how easy
it is to create change in your body regarding
misalignment, chronic pain and the negative
effects associated with aging. Different from
going to a therapist for bodywork, MELT
empowers people with simple, self-care tools
for long-term wellness.

An introduction to belly dance

Get in touch with your inner dancing girl in this
introduction to the ancient art of belly dance.
You will learn movement combinations that
will work up a sweat, strengthen your core,
maximize the flexibility of your spine and hips,
and tone arms and legs in this fun dance class.
Please wear light, comfortable dance or
workout gear. Chiffon belly dance coin belt
included with registration. No previous dance
experience required.

Tai Chi
An exercise class promoting peace and
body awareness

This class is for men or women looking to find
peace and body awareness while receiving
many health benefits. Tai Chi offers an
experience of balance and centeredness with
simple and gentle movements that can be
mastered within a short period of time.
Tai Chi is appropriate for any person regardless
of their physical condition. Benefits include:
improved circulation, balance and posture, an
increase in strength, flexibility and stress release.
