Running Club
Instructor: Jason Ford Ages: 13 +
A great way for teens and adults to train for a race or just run for fun. Meet with runner instructor Jason Ford once a week to work on form, core, strength and endurance. Jason will also help you come up with a training plan for a 5K, 10K, or even a 1 / 2 marathon. T-shirt included.

Team Training
Ages 16 + Year Round( both indoor and outdoor classes)
Small group personal training taught by a certified Personal Trainer. Classes consist of a mixture of cardio and strength training using TRX, Kettle bells, medicine balls, battle ropes, agility ladders, bodyweight and more.
Tuesdays, 9:30 am Thursdays, 9:30 am( additional classes will be added as needed)
Drop-In Rate: $ 6 per class
10 Class Pass( expires after 6 months): $ 45 General Members $ 35 Fitness Center Members

TRX
Instructor: Linda Richard Ages: 13 +
This system uses gravity and your own body weight to perform hundreds of exercises. Simply adjust your body position to add or decrease resistance to give you complete control over your workout. Contact Linda Richard at 405-8237 to set up your appointment. Up to 4 members can split the cost to have a personal, small group TRX training.

Assessments / Reassessments

A full body assessment including body measurements, body fat, BMI, blood pressure, fitness cardio and strength test. This testing is done by a certified Personal Trainer.

Pilates Reformer Training
Ages 16 +
Improve your overall strength, flexibility, coordination and balance with this unique workout. Learn better posture and more efficient movement, and experience relief from pain associated with physical imbalances. This program focuses on the muscles of the core, creating flat abs, strong backs and toned glutes and thighs.
