Aimed at providing an improved health and wellness experience for all members, our Fitness Center
is filled with a unique variety of people and purposes. With our state-of-the-art fitness and strength
equipment, friendly personal trainers and an extensive array of group exercise and mind/body classes, our
Fitness Center helps to motivate, inspire and keep members of all ages and fitness levels feeling their best.

Football Bootcamp Party

How fast can you run a 40-yard dash,
shuttle run and 3 cone drill? How much can
you bench press? What is your broad jump
and vertical jump? Come out for a night of
fitness challenges, prizes, live music, happy
hour, food, and opening night of NFL Football
with the Redskins vs. Steelers on the big
screen. Bring your spouse; bring your friends this is sure to be a fun night out!

Achieve lasting changes in how your body
looks and feels

Love your Body, Love your LIFE

6-week session
In this four-week series, you will learn to
identify and remove stress stuck in your
body, the major cause of chronic aches and
pains. Improve your overall body sense and
notice the changes as your body effortlessly
finds greater alignment and balance. You
will activate your own core strength and
stability and rehydrate the tissues of your
body for greater mobility and ease of motion.
MELT helps common issues like headaches,
insomnia, bloating, weight gain, cellulite and
more!
The Nia promise is conditioning of the body,
mind and spirit. This class will guide you to
learn and use the 52 moves of Nia and the 9
movement forms from dance, martial arts and
the healing arts to sense pleasure and ease
in your body. You will understand why in this
class, participants say, “Love your body, love
your life.” Nia is traditionally done barefoot.
