Fitness Youth Fitness Conditioning Personal Training Group Personal Training A program designed to help teens reach their fitness goals Instructor: Jason Ford Ages: 13+ Ages: 13+ Ages: 16+ Meet with one of our Nationally Certified Personal Trainers to help start, motivate or invigorate your workout plan. Research shows that people who train with someone else have a dramatically lower dropout rate. Group training is open to 2 – 4 members that want to train together with the same trainer at a special discounted rate. Youth Fitness Conditioning is an 8 week long program that focuses on creating and completing individual fitness goals. This class will implement intervals, circuits, and pyramid workouts that will improve teen’s agility, muscular endurance, cardiovascular endurance, and balance. Whether starting a new fitness program, or wanting to excel at a specific sport or discipline, teens will have the opportunity to reach their goals.
