Meet with one of our Nationally Certified
Personal Trainers to help start, motivate or
invigorate your workout plan.
Research shows that people who train with
someone else have a dramatically lower
dropout rate. Group training is open to 2 – 4
members that want to train together with the
same trainer at a special discounted rate.
Youth Fitness Conditioning is an 8 week
long program that focuses on creating and
completing individual fitness goals. This
class will implement intervals, circuits, and
pyramid workouts that will improve teen’s
agility, muscular endurance, cardiovascular
endurance, and balance. Whether starting a
new fitness program, or wanting to excel at a
specific sport or discipline, teens will have the
opportunity to reach their goals.

Cycle Room Update:
Just this past September, our Cycle Room
received a complete remodel with new
flooring, vibrant paint, expansive mirrors
and state-of-the-art Cycle bikes.
We now have Keiser’s newest model for
indoor cycling. The M3i is the first to
feature a Bluetooth wireless computer.
With an app on iOS and Android,
riders can download data from the M3i
computer to their smart phone or tablet!

coordination, and balance with this unique
workout. Learn better posture and more
efficient movement, and experience relief from
pain associated with physical imbalances.
This program focuses on the muscles of the
core creating flat abs, strong backs and toned

This system uses gravity and your own
body weight to perform hundreds of
exercises. Simply adjust your body position
to add or decrease resistance to give you
complete control over your workout. Contact
