Every workout area of our Fitness Center
has guidelines in place for the benefit
and safety of you and all of our members.
Please pay attention to the rules posted
throughout the building in the Banks Gym,
Fitness Center, Pools and the Cycle Room.

Participants will meet with Wellness Coach
Allison Snyder to set and evaluate goals
throughout the program. To motivate and help
achieve success, this fitness series features:
• Before and after fitness assessment
• Nutrition awareness
• Cardio and strength training
• Interval training
• Core development
WINTER 10-WEEK SESSIONS
January 11 – March 16

In this 6-week series, you will learn to
identify and remove stuck stress in your
body, the major cause of chronic aches and
pains. Improve your overall body sense and
notice the changes as your body effortlessly
finds greater alignment and balance. You
will activate your own core strength and
stability and rehydrate the tissues of your
body for greater mobility and ease of motion.
MELT helps common issues like headaches,
insomnia, bloating, weight gain, cellulite and
and improves athletic performance.

Nia: Love your Body,
Love your LIFE
A movement for integrated conditionong class
Instructor: Heather Umberger
Ages: 18+
6-week session
The Nia promise is conditioning of the body,
mind and spirit. This class will guide you to
learn and use the 52 moves of Nia and the 9
movement forms from dance, martial arts and
the healing arts to sense pleasure and ease
in your body. You will understand why in this
class, participants say, “Love your body, love
your life.” Nia is traditionally done barefoot.
