Private Swim Lessons
Ages: 18 + Available as an alternative to group lessons for those who wish to work one on one with an instructor. Lessons can be customized to meet your swimming needs. All private / semi- private sessions are half-hour. Please call Aquatics management at 545-8640 to set up your lessons. $ 26 M / $ 34 NM( each session) $ 40 M / $ 52 NM( semi-privates each session)
Early Bird Shallow Water Fitness a. m.( Water Aerobics)
Ages 18 + Join us for an upbeat workout before you head off to work. This low-impact shallow water class is designed to promote joint flexibility, range of motion and agility while building cardiovascular fitness and muscle strength. Code: 14441 Tuesdays & Thursdays, 6:15 – 7:00 a. m. September 3- December 26( 32 classes) $ 128 M / $ 160 NM( No class September 5 and November 28)

Discover Scuba
Brought to you by Richmond Dive and Travel, this program offers participants the opportunity to explore a sport that will appeal to his / her sense of adventure. The Discover Scuba program helps participants to get adjusted slowly to this new and exciting water activity. Liability / Medical Waver are required before first class. The next level is the Open Water Diver certification which will be offered at the Weinstein JCC this Spring. Sunday, 10:00- 12:00 p. m. Deep-Water Fitness a. m.( Water Aerobics)
Ages: 18 + This deep-water class is a great way to strengthen and tone muscles while building cardiovascular fitness. This no-impact workout is fun, safe and versatile for any fitness level. Aqua-belts are provided and required. Participants must be comfortable in 8-10 ft. of water. * This class is more intense than shallow water fitness; participants are encouraged to try shallow before advancing to deep. Adult Beginner Swim Lessons
Ages: 18 + You are never too old to learn how to swim! This class is designed for adults who are ready to overcome a fear of the water or just never learned how to swim. The instructor will teach you aquatic skills and personal water safety in a comfortable learning atmosphere. Depending on enrollment, this class may be converted to private swim lessons at additional cost. Code: 14450 Tuesdays, 6:00- 6:30 p. m. October 10- December 5( 9 weeks) $ 81 M / $ 116 NM
MASTERS Swim Program
Ages: 18 + This program offers workouts to meet a variety of individual goals whether you are an average swimmer, a former collegiate swimmer or a triathlete. You will have the chance to get fit, feel good, relieve stress, improve technique and meet new people. Participants will be supervised by an instructor and varied workouts will be provided. This is an organized workout totaling 1-2 miles per practice. Previous swim experience is preferred. Code: 14451 Sundays, 3:30- 4:30 p. m. October 6- December 1( 9 weeks) $ 81 M / $ 116 NM
American Red Cross Lifeguard Training Class
Ages: 15 + This class certifies candidates to lifeguard, teaching the skills and knowledge necessary to prevent and respond to aquatic emergencies. All students must be able to complete the required prerequisites. Certification includes: ARC Lifeguard training and First Aid( valid for 2 years) and CPR for the Professional Rescuer( valid for 2 year).
