Fencing

Fencing is a recreational and competitive sport that involves getting a great cardio exercise while improving balance and hand to eye co-ordination . Participants in the program will learn fencing movements and basic sword handling techniques . While fencing is done in a team , it is an individual sport that teaches self-discipline and respect to others . Anyone at any age or athletic ability can learn to fence , and is even more fun when done with a friend or family member ! Graeme completed his Sivananda Yoga training in Austria in 2004 and has been teaching ever since . Sivananda Yoga , named after its founder , focuses on proper breathing , exercise and relaxation . Loose comfortable clothing is recommended , please bring a yoga mat . Herbal tea will be provided at the end of each class .
