Deliciousness in the raw
Have you ever wondered why , with all the advancements in medicine and medical technology , people are seemingly experiencing more and more illness ? Obesity , diabetes and inflammatory illnesses are at an all-time high and yet these and more can be eliminated with simple lifestyle changes . Hippocrates said “ let food be thy medicine and medicine thy food ”, and how true that is , but what does it mean , really ?
You probably already know what you need to eat to be healthy ; the problem is we often associate healthy foods with dieting , which can be dull , boring and restrictive . What if it didn ’ t have to be like that ? What if you could eat nutrition-packed foods that were so over the top delicious you ’ d want to serve them at a dinner party ? Food that was so full of flavor and textures you would forget they were good for you because they taste so sinful ? Eating this way means you can say good-by to the diet roller-coaster permanently . Why ? Because when you eat foods that are delicious AND nutritious , you accomplish 2 things ; you nourish every cell in your body and you feel satisfied , not deprived .
So if you ’ re up for regaining your health , your mental clarity and vitality and increasing your energy , come and learn about raw , living foods and how they can do that for you . Learn exactly what Hippocrates was referring to and how easy it is to improve your nutrition and therefore your health , in a series of four 2.5 hour fun , informative classes with simple and ridiculously delicious recipes . Register for all 4 or mix and match the one ’ s that interest you most . A handout for each class complete with recipes and all organic food and lots of samples is included .
