NEW
Personal Training
Ages: 13+
The WELL offers 3 styles: Meet with one of our nationally Certified
Personal Trainers to help start, motivate or
invigorate your workout plan.
• Hour Sessions
Strength: Whole body strength training using Kettlebells and
TRX to develop balance, flexibility and core stability.
• Performance: High intensity interval training sessions that will
mix cardio and strength training in both circuit and group style
classes.
• Power: High intensity strength and conditioning sessions
involving cardio, weight training, body weight and core exercises.

your health and well-being, and become one step closer to achieving your fitness goals, try a

Workout to feel better, to look better, to BE better. Get sweaty with your best friend or make
a new workout buddy in our group training sessions! Starting in December, The WELL will now
be open to non-members!

Pilates Reformer Training

Improve your strength, flexibility, coordination
and balance with this unique workout. Learn
better posture and more efficient movement,
and experience relief from pain associated
with physical imbalances. This program
focuses on the muscles of the core creating
flat abs, strong backs and toned glutes and
