Fitness , nutrition , & social wellness in one class Instructor : Allison Snyder Ages : 18 + ( women only ) 10-week session
Do you want to feel better physically , mentally and emotionally ? Set goals and reach them in this 10-week session . You will see results ! You will feel better ! This class meets twice a week for high intensity workouts that are customized to each person ’ s fitness ability . Fitness and body assessments will be performed at start and end of the session to show how much you have improved . ( Minimum of 4 / maximum of 10 participants per session )
* This class will also be livestreamed for those who would like to take these classes in the comfort of their own home .

Introduction to Meditation
Instructor : Jodi Urban 10-week session
“ What is meditation ? Why would I want to do it ? I ’ ve tried , but my mind just races , and I end up giving up . Meditation is just not for me .” Perhaps you have heard yourself saying something like this .
In this course , we will demystify this ancient science and learn the fundamentals of establishing a successful practice . We will learn the importance of breath and how it relates to the stress in our lives . We will learn how small changes can make a big difference in how we relate to ourselves and the world around us . ( Maximum of 10 participants )
This course is for everyone and no prior experience is necessary . A meditation cushion or folder blanket is recommended .

Krav Maga
Instructor : Mark Winn 8-week session Ages : 12 +

Fitness

Krav Maga is a self-defense system developed for the Israel Defense Forces ( IDF ) to maximize your impact and minimize your risk in a self-defense situation . It combines practical techniques from various Martial Arts to defend on your feet or on the ground . In this 8-week class , students will experience firsthand their own power , strength and resilience in a safe and disciplined atmosphere . ( Maximum of 13 participants )

Meditation for Continuing Students
Instructor : Jodi Urban 10-week session
In this class , participants will continue to deepen our practice . As a group , we will work with our breath through Pranayama , a vital link in calming the mind , and experience deep states of relaxation through various techniques .
Intro to Meditation is a prerequisite for taking this class , unless prior approval by instructor . A meditation cushion or folder blanket is recommended . ( Maximum of 6 participants )

Tween Conditioning
Instructor : Ben Teets Ages 10-14
Is your tween interested in improving their fitness and conditioning ? Is your tween getting ready for their spring sports season ? This 8-week program is for tweens ready to take their fitness to the next level . Led by Ben Teets , an ACE certified Personal Trainer , tweens will learn proper form and techniques for strength training and enjoy cardio conditioning drills . ( Maximum of 6 participants )
