FISH WITH MUSHROOMS AND PRAWNS
INGREDIENTS (4 UNITS)
- 4 cod loins
- 1 onion
- 150g. prawns
- 200g. mushrooms
- 150g. aioli
- Stream of olive oil
- Some chive
METHOD
1. Grate the onion and sauté with a stream of oil in a frying pan.
2. Chop the mushrooms and peel the prawns and pour them with the onion.
3. Place the 4 cod loins on a backing sheet with a stream of oil.
4. Put the sauté of onion, mushrooms and put on the cod loins.
5. On the top of the cod with the sauted toppings, put a coat of aioli on it.
6. Put it in the oven at 180º for 30 minutes.
7. Decorate with chive and serve with a glass of cold white wine and enjoy!
chocolate fondant
INGREDIENTS (10 UNITS)
- 6 eggs
- 200g. sugar
- 300g. butter
- 120g. flour
- 325g. chocolate
- 30g. Maizena
- Sugar glass
- Chocolate powder (Cola-Cao,
Nesquik…)
METHOD
1. Whisk 6 egg yolks with 100g. of sugar.
2. In a saucepan, melt the chocolate and the butter. Stir it with a wooden spoon.
3. Put the dough in a bowl and add the chocolate, Maizena, flour and a few spoonfuls of
chocolate powder. Mix it.
4. Whisk 6 egg whites with 100g. of sugar, then add the chocolate dough and mix it
completely.
5. Preheat oven at 200º for 8 minutes while putting the dough over the molds.
6. Bake it for 10 minutes, then, remove the fondant from the mold.
7. Sprinkle glass sugar over the fondant and enjoy your dessert!
7. Decorate with chive and serve with a glass of cold white wine and enjoy!
