Pay 2017 tax levy timeline

Michelle Vargas, chief financial officer, provided a calendar of events and timeline of activities necessary to
approve the property tax levy for Pay 2017, which provides funding for the 2017-18 school year. Vargas recommended that the School Board set the annual Truth-in-Taxation meeting and levy approval for Dec. 12. A preliminary tax levy is set for approval on Sept. 26.
