supported through the Nov. 7 operating referendum, six additional teacher FTE due to enrollment growth, and an increase in funding for technology support and operating capital. District general fund balance will remain at 11.9 percent, within board parameters. The fund includes a $ 1.3 million dollar operational surplus, which will allow for flexibility in decision making and issues management for the School Board. Vargas also previewed projected expenditures and revenues in five other district funds including the Food service fund, community service fund, capital projects fund, debt service fund, and trust fund.

School lunch price increase. i. FY18 final budget amendment. j. Laser toner cartridges, on-site laser printer preventative maintenance and on-site service program. k. Joint-purchasing agreements with Nay AH Shing Pine Grove School District, St. Croix Preparatory Academy, l. Willow River School District and Wrenshall School District. m. High school classroom projection installation. n. Andover, Anoka and Blaine high schools’ food service equipment. o. Andover High School additions and remodeling. p. Community Education non-bargaining unit wage administration 2018-19. q. Wage and Benefit guidelines for E-12 non-bargaining unit positions 2018-19. r. Champlin Park High School hot water converter replacement. s. Immunizations exclusions.
