The School Board received a listing of personnel involved as long-term substitute teachers, intern teachers and retired teachers who are re-employed. This document is for board
information and no action is required.
General counsel
Resolution to approve discharge of continuing contract teacher
Paul Cady, general counsel, introduced a resolution to discharge a continuing contract
teacher pursuant to Minnesota Statute 122A.40 subdivision 13. This employee has been on
a medical disability leave of absence since March 2014 and has not been able to provide
evidence they would qualify for reinstatement. The resolution was approved on a unanimous vote.
