Suicide Room by Jan Comasa

A film open to interpretations

The film proposed by the Polish team, "Suicide Room", captures the 21th century problems. It has a deep message, addressing to more types of viewers. On the one hand, through the protagonist, Dominik, who draws attention to the sensitivity, fragility and vulnerability of the teenagers, and on the other hand, it is an alarming signal for parents who are caught in the daily life and do not have time for their own children no longer, they do not understand their spiritual needs which unconditionally lead the teenagers to desperate gestures.

The film is shocking just because we all find ourselves in some of the film scenes, it is

Elena Tudor what Freud called the "fidelity award." The captured human hypotheses are interesting: the young man who isn’t self confident, the unhappy child whose parents are very rich, adults with successful careers, but who share unfulfilled love.

Also, the real and the virtual life, alternate, overlap somewhere , thus suggesting unhappiness, chaos of life. The film is ultimately about the pursuit for happiness, because love is all on earth and being loved and loving somebody is all that matters.
