mom, dad, brother, and sister were. All
pf the sudden she heard someone
calling her name. It wasn’t Anna. She
was standing right next to Emma. Emma
didn’t want to answer. She asked Anna if
she heard anything. Emma wondered if
she was hallucinating. Then they heard
a knock. “Who’s in here,” said a creepy
voice. Emma and Anna then ran to the
front and locked it. Then they ran to the
back and locked it. Once they were
almost at the corn maze, they slowed
their pace. Anna asked Emma if she still
had shivers and Emma said they were
all down her back. After 5 minutes, they
finally reached the corn maze. Anna
showed her tickets to the man, and they
were let in. There was a sign where the

wind started howling. It was a low eerie
sound. The wind sounded like it was
saying, “Emma. Anna,” over and over.

metal gate suddenly slammed shut!
They ran in fear. Footsteps were
approaching. A few more steps and they
could hide. Emma led Anna inside of
one of the corn walls and they ducked
down. The girls laid flat against ground
but close enough so that they could see
if someone was coming. Suddenly a
horrid foot stepped right on Emma’s
finger. She was screaming inside but
stayed quiet. The figure left. They waited
5 minutes and then submerged out of
the wall. They ran right out of the
mummy! The mummy said, “Hi!” Emma
screamed and ran around desperately
trying to find the exit. Anna was chasing
Emma around till she finally felt like she
wasn’t near the mummy. Emma looked
up and saw the sign and it said, “Thanks
for coming! Turn right to exit.” Emma
yelled for Anna and didn’t hear a
response. She called her cell phone and
Anna still didn’t answer. Emma d
