This session will feature two introductory sessions and
two engaging panel discussions designed to address the
following topics: Is there actually a benefit to advancing asset
management practice and if so, what kind of benefits; Why
should benefits be measured, how can they be measured and
how can the results be communicated; and once benefits
are measured, how can that information be used to drive
decisions? As part of a larger discussion about benefits of asset
management, practical examples will also be presented by utility
experts that offer specific insights learned through application of
core asset management principles.
