This technical session will highlight the benefits that utilities have
realized from participation/subscribership in the Partnership
Programs over the last 25 years, and opportunities that exist
with newer programs as well. Partnership Programs, which
are focused on continuous improvement through a time tested
self-assessment process and establishing a culture of excellence,
have benefitted hundreds of utilities in areas related to water
treatment and distribution system operations and, more recently,
wastewater reclamation facility operations. Information will
