Imaging acquired with a combination of modalities including fundus photography , fluorescein angiography ( FA ), indocyanine green ( ICG ) angiography , ultrasound , optical coherence tomography ( OCT ) and clinical findings will be included to highlight evaluation , interpretation and differentiation of diseases .
Interesting Cases in Ocular Oncology ( 03SU6 )

It will include an in-depth discussion of what the technician should be evaluating prior to the patient seeing the ophthalmologist and when to refer the patient . Anterior segment lesions in the iris , ciliary body and posterior segment lesions in the choroid will be addressed . Iris melanomas , vascular malformations , choroidal metastasis , primary uveal melanomas and interesting congenital hypertrophy of the retinal pigment epithelium ( CHRPE ) -like lesions will be some of the cases discussed .

Mystery Retina 2021 : Interactive Discussion of Challenging Cases ( 03FR5 )
William Mieler , MD , Winnetka , IL Friday , 1:30 pm - 2:30 pm Credits : 1.00 A IJCAHPO , CEP : CABRN-1 Prerequisite : Knowledge of ophthalmic anatomy and physiology . Description : This course will discuss a number of diagnostically challenging “ mystery retina ” cases . The majority of the presentations will include interpretation of fluorescein angiography ( FA ) and optical coherence tomography ( OCT ) test results . When indicated , other studies will be shown , including indocyanine green ( ICG ) angiography , echography , autofluorescence , electrophysiologic studies , computed tomography ( CT ) and / or magnetic resonance imaging ( MRI ) and occasionally , cytology and histopathology . The cases will be presented as unknowns followed by discussion . Financial interest disclosed .
