OKI PRO10 SERIES LABEL PRINTER WITH DX-LABELER

DRIVING SMART FACTORY AUTOMATION
OKI has unveiled its new Smart Factory inline labelling solution, combining the compact Pro1040 desktop printer with the DX-Labeler stacker and robotic arm.
First presented at LABEL
EXPO Barcelona 2025, the solution advances Industry 4.0 goals by transforming manual print-room processes into a fully automated, ERP / MES-integrated factory workflow.
Powered by OKI LED dry-toner technology, the Pro10 printer delivers durable, weather-proof, grease proof, alcohol resistant and GHS-compliant labels with 1,200 dpi resolution, ensuring 100 % barcode and QR readability. Its ability to merge data and colour forms onto blank media allows short-run, multi-SKU printing without reliance on pre-printed stock— ideal for industries with high throughput( ≥5,000 labels / day) and strict compliance such as food, beverage, pharma, chemicals and electronics, home appliances, or logistics.
The DX-Labeler stacker and robotic arm introduces true smart manufacturing capability: automatically picking, placing and applying labels with precision, reducing human error and accelerating changeovers. For system integrators and engineering managers, it offers seamless factory-line integration, scalable deployment, and optimised throughput.
Compact and modular, the OKI Pro10 label printer with DX-Labeler empowers manufacturers and OEMs to achieve agile, cost-effective system labelling, unlocking faster migration to smart, automated, multi-colour labelling environments.
