XREA GLOBAL INTERNET OF CONSTRUCTION VEHICLES PLATFORM ESTABLISHES INITIAL INTERCONTINENTAL SERVICE CAPABILITIES

ACCELERATED GLOBAL DEPLOYMENT OF IOV BUSINESS PROPELS XCMG’ S INTERNATIONALIZATION STRATEGY INTO A NEW PHASE
Xrea, the global Internet of Vehicles( IoV) platform launched by XCMG HANYUN, a subsidiary of XCMG Machinery( SHE: 000425), around bauma 2025, is accelerating its worldwide deployment with established data nodes across four key regions, including Hong Kong SAR and Europe. With five regional platforms now operational throughout Europe and Southeast Asia, Xrea has achieved initial cross-continental service capabilities.
Amid growing global competition in the construction machinery market and rapid digital integration within industrial chains, international strategy has become essential for manufacturing enterprises. Guided by the Digitization and Intelligence of Chairman-directed Project No. 1, XCMG HANYUN is speeding up the global rollout of XCMG’ s worldwide IoV project. The aim is to build a global ecosystem for equipment connectivity and service, shifting from“ product export” to“ service export” and“ digital export.”
Based on a unified data and business management system, XCMG has developed a global IoV platform that covers manufacturers, regional divisions, dealers, and customers. This not only strengthens internal collaboration but also provides end-to-end compliant solutions for Chinese manufacturing companies expanding overseas, comprehensively empowering the industry’ s globalization process.
XCMG places utmost importance on data security. The company employs on-premises deployment with physical isolation, segmenting production and office networks. Sensitive data and equipment information are processed and stored locally or at edge computing nodes, eliminating data exposure.
XCMG continues to advance platform training and localized support, partnering with its International
Business Headquarters to deliver centralized and regional training sessions. These efforts have reached 14 global regions, including Europe and Southeast Asia, where live demonstrations and exchanges with dealers and customers have significantly improved business responsiveness and service capabilities.
A compliance support system has also been established covering data collection, transmission, and third-party interactions. This system dynamically adapts to evolving international regulations, providing strong support for secure and compliant global operations. XCMG obtained ISO 27001 Information Security Management System certification in 2022, reinforcing its commitment with comprehensive policies, processes, and personnel frameworks.
Three independently developed IoT terminals have entered mass production and are certified in nine countries and regions— including the EU, North America, and Southeast Asia. This provides solid hardware support for worldwide business expansion.
Additionally, by building a group-level fault code library and equipment health management system, Xrea enables integrated and intelligent analysis of global IoT fault data. This empowers early warning systems, predictive maintenance, and aftermarket service upgrades— dramatically enhancing global equipment management intelligence and proactive service capabilities.
Xrea will continue to strengthen its international competitiveness while deepening capabilities in equipment services and value mining, delivering intelligent, efficient, and secure digital service experiences to customers worldwide. Phase II development is currently underway, with new nodes being deployed in emerging markets, such as the Middle East and Latin America, laying a solid foundation for integrated global services.
