and prison system, this city promises to pull you in for hours and days, stretching into weeks...maybe forever. Countless hours will be spent wondering, investigating, scouting, exploring and battling thru this immersive new content. Make sure you are fully geared up!
Aside from the simply awesome design, the new dlc content and the more "meat and potato" base game patch info that's coming out also is looking pretty good. There's too much info to include in one short write up but 5 changes that I'm looking forward to in this dlc and patch:
1. Revisions to XP- Increased in many dungeons and decreased requirements for veteran ranking. I need these changes sooner rather than later! While individually each change is great, combined I think will cause that bar to move at a noticeably higher rate, particularly the 15% reduction to VR
