It's located on an island in the middle of Cyrodiil, connected to the surrounding land by a single bridge, one way in and one way out. Because of its strategic location the Empire has maintained its dominance, more or less, in the region over the years and, with the City as its hub, been able to strongly influence economies, politics, trade and culture in the surrounding territories. The city design is an absolute architectural marvel, impressive in design and massive in scale and glory. The massive abandoned underground sewers and prison system is where you will find all the less-than-desirables, such as myself. From the spectacular heights of the White-Gold Tower to the darkest pit of the filthy sewers and prison system, this city promises to pull you in for hours and days, stretching into weeks...maybe forever.
