Mumbai police close Coldplay investigation
The Economic Offences Wing of the Mumbai Police said it has closed an investigation into BookMyShow that was launched following a complaint against the ticketing and promoter giant about the way it was handling tickets for a Coldplay concert . The police said investigators had found no evidence of irregularities . A lawyer had reportedly accused BookMyShow of undertaking illegal activities such as hiking ticket prices by as much as 40 %, and also using bots to manipulate demand .

SM Entertainment ’ s profits rise 276 %
K-pop powerhouse SM Entertainment has reported a 275.6 % annual uplift in operating profit to KRW 33.9 billion (£ 19.76 million ). Home to K-pop acts such as NCT 127 , EXO , Riize , and aespa , SM Entertainment is bringing its SMTown Live touring show to the UK for the first time , as part of the entertainment conglomerate ’ s 30th anniversary celebrations . Billed as the summer ’ s biggest K-pop event in Europe , the show is set to take place at Allianz Stadium Twickenham on 28 June . Among the acts scheduled to perform at the stadium ’ s first K-pop concert are EXO ’ s SUHO and CHANYEOL , NCT DREAM , WayV , RIIZE and NCT WISH . The UK show will see SM Entertainment partner with Frontrow , a London / Seoul-based K-entertainment technology company specialising in concert production and ticketing through its proprietary platform , Konne Ticket .

Festivals fail to make 2025 comeback
The six-day Australian regional touring festival series Groovin ’ In The Moo has been cancelled for the second year running . Promoter Cattleyard Promotions cancelled all six regional festivals only eight days after tickets for the events had gone on sale . Launched in 2005 , the event series has since seen performances by acts including Billie Eilish , The Wombats and Charli XCX . In the past , the festival series attracted a collective annual audience of around 120,000 across its six shows . The cancelation came just days after the promoters of the Splendour In The Grass festival in Byron Bay announced the 2025 edition would not take place , with the 50,000-capacity event also having been called off last year . accessaa . co . uk 09
