ondon is pitching itself as
the world’s cocktail capital,
and 25 of its leading bars
popped up at One Marylebone for a
three-day celebration of cocktails,
from five-star hotels to secret
speakeasies.
World leading bartenders flaired
for the guests, allowing them to
discover the capital’s passion for
innovation and new experiences.
Guests at the 2018 event also
have the opportunity to enjoy
drinks the finest bars in Europe
courtesy of the CITC International
Bar. Meanwhile, The Atrium Bar
from Florence, House Bar from
Amsterdam and Café Moderne
from Paris flew in especially to
shake up the finest drinks from the
continent.

The event’s ‘Be The Bartender’
sessions allowed guests to choose
their golden cocktail era, sign
up and enjoy the interactive
experience, compliments of
cocktail educationalists TT Liquor.
Entry cost £20 and included
your first cocktail available from
any bar and a complimentary
cocktail booklet. All subsequent
cocktails were £7.50.
As well as the London leg,
which took place in October,
with another occurring in the
summer, Cocktails in the City has
carved a brand for itself in Leeds,
Manchester, Los Angeles, Liverpool
and Edinburgh.
