SYSTEM MAP
System map shows the solution from the point of view of partnership organization. It’s a
systematic map composed by the main stakeholders and the flows/relationship between
them 29. To illustrate a comprehensive system map, there are a few identifiers to be included, such as:
• the system boundaries
• the primary and secondary stakeholders
• the main physical, informational and financial flows
• the core performance of the solution (e.g. quantitative information if any)
System map - back stage
As Craftventure involves prior partner alliance stage and operation stage afterwards,
both of them forms different relationship. Hence I segregated the system map as backstage and front stage. Each map illustrates material flow, information flow and financial
flow. The back stage and front stage construct a complete Craftventure product-servicesystem.
