To get yourself properly warmed up and motivated in the last few days before the Absa RUN YOUR CITY DURBAN 10K , make sure you don ’ t miss our final PUMA NITRO TM RUNS .
Durban residents are invited to join the last two of a series of eight action-packed PUMA NITRO RUNS hosted in the build-up to the Absa RUN YOUR CITY DURBAN 10K . This series of runs began on the 1st of June , and will culminate with the two final 5km runs on Tuesday 2 July and Friday 5 July . The PUMA NITRO RUNS are open to all runners and walkers , and are free of charge . There are also fantastic lucky draw prizes up for grabs , courtesy of PUMA South Africa .
