INEOS GRENADIER elevates its performance with portal por- axle partnership tal axle partnership rs
Following widespread praise for its prototype debut at the 2024 Goodwood Festival of Speed, the portal-axled Grenadier has received approval for series production.
The Ineos Grenadier Trialmaster X LETECH, developed in collaboration with LETECH, significantly enhances the Grenadier ' s already impressive off-road prowess. This special edition builds upon the Trialmaster standard equipment, offering a range of engineering modifications and additional features.
Beyond high demand from private customers, evidenced by over 1,000 registrations of interest, INEOS and LETECH also received numerous enquiries from rescue services, aid agencies, and other commercial fleets that operate vehicles in extreme environments.
Developed and supplied exclusively by LETECH GmbH, the conversion is based on Grenadier and Quartermaster Trialmaster vehicles directly from the Hambach factory. Vehicles are transferred to LETECH’ s facilities near Stuttgart, Germany, where they are fitted with a new heavy-duty five-link front and rear suspension layout, portal axles with wheel hubs offset from the main axle, and larger 37” BF Goodrich Mud Terrain off-road tires. The drivetrain remains unchanged.
Engine and Interior:
Customers can choose between a 3-liter turbocharged inline-six-cylinder BMW B57 diesel or B58 petrol engine. All models feature a premium leather interior with heated front seats( available in Black or Grey / Black), Safari Windows, a Premium Sound System, carpet floor mats, and Privacy Glass.
