“ Let ’ s go Meshack !” Merapelo shouted as one of our Time Projects team mates finally came into the paddock to hand over the baton for the fourth and final leg of the race , the 5km run . Catering for all ages , the 5km run is the most diverse leg of the race , including not only high-performance athletes but also grandparents , mothers and their children . From the desk jockey to Comrades runners , the Time Adventure Challenge is a challenge for all !
All of this couldn ’ t have been done without the Mokolodi staff , the competitors and the corporate sponsors . Having started this event in 2014 , Time Projects continuously sees this event as a healthy and successful way of giving back to the community , having all participants ’ entry fees and sponsorship donations put towards a charitable cause .
Absorbing the costs of running this event , Time Projects together with our clients ,
associates and friends , all find a way to contribute collectively towards social responsibility .
Please stay tuned for our next newsletter to find out where these contributions have gone to , but until then , please go and support Mokolodi Nature Reserve and their efforts by joining the ‘ Friends of Mokolodi ’( FOM ) membership programme .
The FOM programme offers a range of affordable membership options to suit individuals , families and companies . It allows members to make use of the Reserve ’ s facilities and offers a variety of benefits and discounts . One of the benefits is free access and use of the Reserve ’ s cycling tracks ! What better way to get ready for TAC 2023 !
Will you be tough enough ?
