Red East Construction continues to work diligently and expeditiously with the structure now complete from the basement 2 level all the way up to the second floor ring beam and roof slab . It is remaining with the equipment plinths on the roof slab , the roof installation and perimeter brickwork till it finalises the super structure . Installation of the two circular fire tanks has commenced and the sheer size of the tanks is quite a sight to see ; each is to hold approximately 163 000 litres of water .
Barloworld Equipment Botswana

The new head office and heavy vehicle workshop for Barloworld Equipment Botswana is finally underway . The tender was awarded to Stefanutti Stocks Botswana who took possession of site on 15 September and commenced with the works on 3 October . Stefanutti Stocks hit the ground running and completed the bulk earthworks 18 days ahead of schedule . We are currently casting column bases for the office building which is progressing well despite the heavy rains we have been experiencing lately . The new head office and heavy vehicle workshop will be handed over to Barloworld Equipment Botswana during the last quarter of 2023 .

Progress at Motswedi Mews is visibly taking form and shape as expected at this juncture . With recurrence on building elements and technique , we have not experienced any technical hiccups on phase 2 of the development . In the background , we are working on perfecting the finishes , soft and hard landscaping elements . Sales and marketing on the balance of the units is ongoing .
