PROJECT UPDATES - BOTSWANA Pilane Crossing extension By Onkgopotse F Moroka With two shops (a tyre shop and a water shop) already operating for a month, PrimeTime has now secured tenancy for the whole 1 100m² extension. The current work includes BTC reticulation and a portion of the last two shops (an optometrist and a dentist) which only have some finishes remaining. The other three shops (Agrifeed, a laundry shop and Motovac) are complete, but are experiencing delays with council partial occupation certification. This should be resolved by mid September. The new extension will provide the Pilane community and its surroundings with a complete shopping experience as it creates an exciting shopping hub.
