PROJECT UPDATES Sebele road widening work underway By Michael Hughes Time Projects, on behalf of PrimeTime, is managing the widening of the road adjacent to Sebele Centre. This road is extremely busy with traffic building up at the A1 intersection restricting flow into and out of Sebele Centre. removal of the open concrete surface drain and the construction of an underground channel. THE SITE FOR THE SETLHOA CORNER DEVELOPMENT Freestanding modern showroom units coming to Setlhoa By Michael Hughes We have been engaged by Barloworld, the landowners, to assist with the development of Setlhoa Corner, a retail development which will kick off with the construction of four warehouses placed at the entrance of this development. These buildings will start in January 2019 as soon as 6 we have a building permit. We have appointed Sharps Construction as the main contractors on the project. This P16 million project will be the beginning of an exciting development that is earmarked for this corner site. We will highlight the rest of the development in one of our future newsletters.
