PROJECT UPDATES
Palapye Engen Mall’s P13 million revamp draws to a close
By Michael Hughes
The Palapye Engen
Mall renovations are almost
complete and will be ready
for the re-opening at the end
of November.
This extensive P13 million revamp has been very challenging as the mall has been in full operation.
However, we have managed to fully remodel all the public areas in the mall. The shops, toilets,
parking areas and walkways have all been altered and the facelifted mall will now rival the newly
built malls in Palapye.
SPAR, the anchor tenant, has also revamped the interior of the store so customers can now enjoy the
new kitchen and display areas. The increased floor area and the new store entrance have also helped
to create a better shopping experience.
