Design Quarter opening in September 2018

The construction of Botswana’s first Design Quarter is complete on time and within budget.
This shopping centre provides a totally new mall experience for consumers because of its
exclusive focus on décor and design.
Through the design of the mall, we have emphasised the importance
of achieving beautiful spaces which have a connection between public
and tenant space to improve public interaction. Using large and clear
shop fronts, a visual expansion and connection between these expanded
public spaces, walkways and shops has been achieved. The design of
the centre has created the effect of an exhibition arena. As a result, the
Design Quarter will be managed more like an exhibition space than a
regular shopping centre.
Tenant fitting is underway and shops are currently being handed over to
tenants. The Design Quarter will be open to the public in September 2018.
