Palapye Engen Mall renovations underway

The Palapye Mall is making good headway. Last week we had a site
visit from the partnership and everyone was very happy with the
progress and finishes. We have been asked to expand the northern

mall leg and we are now adding a new walkway and shopfronts
on this side. We hope to have this project completed within the next
two months.
SPAR Botswana has engaged Time Projects to assist with the development of
their new Distribution Centre in Phakalane. This 9 000m² Distribution Centre is
set to begin at the end of October 2018 and is going to be a new challenge for
us as the steel structure is going to have 13m eaves, something that we have not
had to develop before. The interiors are not only going to be filled with massive
cold and freezer rooms, baking and dry stores, but is also going to house the
SPAR head office.
We are still busy with the design phase and will give you a bit more insight into
the development in our next issue.
