Fresh renovation for Engen Mall in Palapye
By Michael Hughes
The Engen Partnership has
appointed Time Projects to
renovate the ageing 5 500m²
Engen Mall in Palapye.
The approximately P13-
million renovations entail a
comprehensive upgrade of the
whole mall.
The interior façade of the mall is to be
completely remodelled, all old windows
stripped out and new, larger modern shopfronts
installed. The walkways and trafficable areas
will be upgraded with stylish floor tiles and
wall finishes. The external parking areas will be
increased by 2 300m² and the rear of SPAR
will receive an additional 500m² service area.
The anchor tenant, SPAR, will receive a full
internal upgrade and all floors, ceilings,
mechanical plant and lighting will be replaced.
The SPAR is to be made bigger, increasing its
floor area from 950m² to 1 100m². The work
will commence on 1 March 2018 and the
project will run for five months.
Sesigo Mews:
43 apartments
starting construction
Time Projects is about to
commence construction of
43 apartments in Sesigo Mews,
an exciting new project in Block
5, near the Grand Palm hotel. The
project consists of 27 two-bedroom
units and 16 one-bedroom units
each with their own balconies.
The location is within walking distance of a major shopping complex,
close to main roads, schools and transport collection points. The
development style is modern and angular with clean lines and a fresh
appeal. The units will have attractive finishes with aluminum windows,
fitted kitchens and ceramic floor tiles.
An institution purchaser has almost completed all the necessary steps
to purchase the entire development. However, if this is a development
that interests you, we have access to a similar parcel of land and will
be able to provide the same development for you.
