Wheki phase two – the end of construction is nigh!
By Chabo Mbikiwa
In just seven months we will be
opening doors to the first green-
star rated buildings in Botswana.
It gives us so much joy to see
the structures complete to roofing
level. We anticipate having a
very busy first quarter of 2018
on site as fit-outs for both Bank
Gaborone and Capital Bank
will be in progress.
The development comprises of two buildings, a 4-storey and a 3-storey
building. Capital Bank will take two floors of the western building while
the third floor is up for sale. Bank Gaborone will take up approximately
75% of the eastern building while the balance of the area is available
for rent. We are still looking for takers for these spaces to have fully
occupied buildings in June 2018. We have progressed very well and
with the help of our progressive project team, we have full confidence in
completing high quality A-grade offices in 2018.
KFC opening in Mochudi
By Michael Hughes
The Pilane Crossing Mall and residents
of Mochudi can look forward to a new
Kentucky Fried Chicken drive-through
early next year. The project is on a very
tight time frame - the building brief is to
have the basic building constructed and
completed in just 70 days!
With the help of ADA and Sharps Construction, Time Projects has managed
to make good progress towards its completion by the end of this year.
We are currently nearing completion of the wet works and beginning the
civil work. We are confident that the building shell will be completed, as
required, before the Christmas break.
