The DeNovo-Porsche Launch
For four days, through four countries, covering 400 kilometers a day at
undisclosed top speeds, a convoy of twenty Porsche Carrera Cabriolets roared
through the heart of Europe to celebrate the birth of DeNovo, a new Swiss
Made watch brand. The convoy started in Munich, Germany, and stormed
through the world renowned passes of the Alps from Switzerland to Italy. The
drivers and cars stayed in Europe’s most luxurious hotels, among them the InterAlpen in Austria where you drive your car directly into the lobby for check in.
The team drove through historical quaint European towns in a voyage to the
origins of the brand – Italy and Switzerland. The brand design and research
department is located in Pesaro, Italy, and lead by the industrial designer Mr.
Soriani. The assembly facility is located in Stabio, Switzerland, in a state-of-theart facility.
The Product
DeNovo research and development, which took more than three years, resulted
in a collection with a premium, somewhat flamboyant Italian design is evident
in each and every timepiece. Specs for each model include sapphire crystal,
316L steel case, Italian leather, silicon color inlays, multi-layered dial, deployant
buckle and a Mechaniquartz movement with a sweeping chronograph hand.

crystal, pushers with silicon inlays for assisted grip, decorative under-bezel
silicon inlays, multi-layered dial with applied indexes with SuperLuminova, 100
meters water resistance, numbered screw-in caseback, Interchangeable Italian
