Red East has been working extremely hard on the installation of the services and infrastructure at Sesha . The main sewer lines have been completed . This entailed digging and laying pipes for over 1.6km and digging trenches over 2.5m deep . The domestic water reticulation has been completed and the lines have been pressure tested and signed off by the engineers . The stormwater lines are currently being installed and can be seen exposed in the accompanying photograph . Currently we have just started excavations on the show house and an additional 11 houses . Sales have been fairly good so far with 11 houses currently under construction and 17 more houses sold , but waiting for bond approval .

Motswedi Phase 1 of the development is visibly coming to completion with only six weeks to go . Currently , we are completing the final touches on the kitchens , built-in cupboards installations , landscaping , fixing snags , interior and exterior finishes . Registration of the sectional title is also ongoing . Phase 2 of the development is also progressing well and we are currently working on the second fix for electrical , plumbing and wall finishes . Motswedi sales have been very impressive - Phase 1 and Phase 2 are currently 95 % sold .

Congratulations
There is some life in the old bones with Turnie Morolong running the 10km and Chevon Barrowman running the 5km races in The SPAR Community Challenge on 19 August . The proceeds from this 10-part running series are donated to charity .
