Human beings are endowed with such marvelous qualities that they allow us to expand our consciousness ad infinitum, or to remain trapped and stagnant in mental prisons of our own making.
This is why it is so important to understand our self-perception and the reality that surrounds us. Because who and what we are is shaped by how we perceive ourselves, in addition to how others perceive us and try to shape us. Then, what we call reality becomes confusing, and we can end up living in several realities depending on the circumstances.
Without judging whether something is good or bad, simply recognizing what it is, so that we can then be the ones who create the world or the reality in which we want to live, grow, and expand ad infinitum.
