Key points to enter the world of meditation, from a vision of Neuroscience.
It is important to prepare the body for meditation, doing stretching exercises, slow movements such as Chi Kong, which enhance and increase the effects that meditation has on our brain.
Is there a time for meditation?
According to neuroscience, it takes at least 35 minutes, while you take ownership of the process.
Body posture and breathing are important, because they prepare the brain to sustain attention and attend to cognitive processes.
Our brain uses the prefrontal cortex that supports attention, through the sensations of breathing.
Loss of conscious attention: it is a state of dreaming, where our brain is listening to itself, it is a strong magnet that takes you out of reality, distracts you and leaves you with a feeling of dissatisfaction, when we practice meditation. It is an involuntary process.
When we increase the practice of meditation, this state weakens and attention increases. It also increases the feeling of happiness and satisfaction. Helps prevent Alzheimer's.
The whole body is connected in
meditation, the heart, the stomach,
the muscles, aresynchronized with
the brain and go at the same rhythm.
