From birth human beings are on the move, babies are very flexible and active, it is what

leads them to develop. A basic exercise is walking, which provides well-being and vitality, increasing mental, physical and spiritual health.

 

It is a therapeutic activity that provides innumerable benefits such as:

Improve cardiovascular functions, blood pressure, blood circulation.

Increases creativity, favors problem solving and all cognitive processes,

attention, concentration, among others.

Improve our spiritual sphere, connecting us with the environment and

with our inner being.

Walking releases endorphins that make us feel good, calms anxiety and

depression, by stimulating the production of serotonin.

Reduces cortisol and adrenaline levels that cause stress.

Strengthens the immune system, increases the production of antioxidants,

releasing free radicals.

Increases energy and oxygenates our body, revitalizing it.

With each step we take, we improve bone density and strengthen the skeletal

system and joints, making movements more flexible.

balance the body, keeping it healthy.
