Nutritional contribution of fruits for our well-being, holistic vision

Fruits  are nutrients, with a high content of vitamins and minerals, healthy fats, proteins, essential for the functioning of our body, called micronutrients, such as: folic acid, vitamins A, C, B, E, potassium and substances such as phytosterols, flavonoids and antioxidants, among others.

When we eat fruits daily, we

can improve psychological and mental well-being, mood and vitality rise, depression and anxiety decrease. It also increases motivation, normalizing stress levels.

 

For mental and emotional well-being, it is recommended

to consume a variety of fruits such as:

Apple: rich in fiber, iron, calcium and vitamins A, B, C and E.

Banana: rich in potassium, vitamins B and C, fiber, and folic acid.

Cherries: rich in antioxidants and low in sugar, moisturizing and cleansing.

Pineapple: high in fiber, contains a large amount of

water and vitamin C.

Kiwi: contains vitamin C.

 

Fruits are beneficial, several benefits are attributed to them, such as: increased vitality,

raises the immune system, increases longevity, strengthens the heart and cardiovascular system, controls weight and reduces the risk of cancer,

also due to the high content

of fiber they help the digestive system.
