At 88 years old, Kandy, the traveling granny, continues to travel the world. She began her journey alone when she turned 60 and has not stopped yet, although now – at the request of her son – she does not travel alone, but rather she dedicates herself to accompanying other female travelers through different regions of the world.

Among the experiences that transformed her were the ten days she lived and collaborated in the House of Mother Teresa, her visits to Buddhist monasteries, and her stay with the “machi” of the Mapuches who wanted her to be the godmother of a baby she was waiting.

Much has been written and there are many videos about Kandy, but we rescue the following interview with Jaime Chicheri (https://jaimechicheri.com) who spoke with Kandy for more than an hour and in his words it is “one of the most beautiful interviews I have ever done.”
